5K course is "certified" to USATF specifications as close as possible for a working runway

5K runners will follow the last run wave of the duathlon at approximately 9:10am

1 mile fun run/walk participants will begin after the 5K runners

Packet pick-up and pre-registration will be from 4pm-8pm on Friday, March 29, 2013 at Fleet Feet of Fayetteville. Fleet Feet is located just off Hwy 71B/College Ave, 1020 Harold St., Fayetteville, AR 72701 479.571.8786. Packets may be picked up on race day from 7:00-8:30am at the race site. THERE IS NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION.

Pre-registered athletes may pickup packets on race day from 7:00 am to 8:30am at the race site - Fayetteville Executive Airport, Drake Field, 4500 S School Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72701 is located only 5 miles from downtown Fayetteville on Hwy 71. No refunds will be given, but we do have a rollover/transfer policy

USA Triathlon one-day memberships also have a no refund policy, but can be rolled over/transferred in conjunction with the below criteria. See link below.

Participants who are unable to race (for whatever reasons) will be allowed to rollover their entry (including USAT one-day memberships fees) to the following year or apply to another All Sports Productions's owned event in the current year

Participants must contact the Race Director before the race to be eligible for a rollover

All Sports Productions in coordination with both local emergency personnel and race officials will make decisions based on safety first

Courses and/or race segments may be altered as agreed to between All Sports Productions and local law enforcement and race officials.

Friday from 6:00pm to 7:00pm at Fleet Feet of Fayetteville. Ron Schmidt, a USA Triathlon certified coach, of React Performance will discuss race-day preparation, nutrition, key do's and don'ts.

Awards will be presented to the top one to three finishers in each male and female age category depending on number of entrants per category. The top-three overall male and female finishers will receive separate awards, plus gift certificates.

Pancakes and sausages will be served to all runners immediately following the race. Friends and family may eat for a nominal fee.

Door prizes will include gift certificates and products

Racers, friends and family members will receive a discount coupon to tour the Ozark and Military Air Museums located next to the Drake airport terminal.
